Within two weeks I pulled together redline approvals, created over 125 new Fortitude Re forms and delivered to all platforms outside of my normal day to day workflow. Without missing a deadline. Ensuring customers understood the transaction to Fortitude Re and their options. With over 40K customers opting to stay with Prudential leading to additional product suite building creating long term growth for the company.
